SMALL CHANGES 226 GIFTS Small Changes is a socially conscious, ecologically-minded company that is committed to providing you with an amazing selection of gifts. Small Changes gift section continues to ex- pand! All gifts are undated, so you can sell them year after year. We think you will enjoy the wonderful selection. ORDERING INFORMATION There is no minimum for gift orders if they ship with calendars. If you would like a separate shipment, there is a $225 minimum. ORDER FORM Your order form will arrive alongside the catalog. You can email or fax it to us. Or call us and we’ll take your order over the phone. PRICING We do not automatically price gifts that arrive without a pre-printed price. If you would like us to manually price the gifts, please let us know on the order form and we will code you that way in our system. If you ever change your mind, just let us know and we will adjust it either way. If you do not indicate pricing on the order form, the gifts will ship as they are. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY • Small Changes delivers and ships within the greater Seattle area. All other U.S. orders are shipped via UPS, except for Alaska orders, which are shipped via U.S. Postal Service or freight forwarder. • Orders for Canadian customers will be shipped via UPS. RACKS/DISPLAYS • We have a number of titles that can be ordered with displays. If an item comes with a display, it will be listed as follows: 1. The amount needed to receive the display will be written in parentheses after the title, for example, (8=dis- play). If you would like the display, please order as 8 vs 1 so we know you would like the display. We will automatically ship with a display once the minimum is met on these terms. 2. We also have a few displays that can be ordered separately once the minimum is reached. An example of this is the Mini Puzzle Display from Chronicle. It says (24 Pc Puzzle Asst), meaning that if you order 24 assort- ed mini puzzles, you are eligible for a display. We will not automatically ship these items with a display unless you add it to the order. • We have the same Plexiglass Slatwall and tabletop shelves that we offer in calendars. If you like any of these, please let us know. ORDERS ARE PLACED ON DEMAND • Unlike calendars, gifts are ordered on demand. • New orders take two to three weeks before they are available to ship. • Place your orders early with a future ship date to ensure stock is available. • If you would like stock immediately, email calendars@ smallchanges.com and we can email you a list with available quantities. BILLING AND TERMS • Gifts are billed at 45% off the retail price, non-returnable . • Discounted gifts are billed at 50-55% off the retail price, non-returnable. • Canadian orders are billed in the U.S. Funds and GST/HST charges appear on the bill. PAYMENT • New customers to Small Changes must provide credit information. Until credit can be approved, orders will be shipped COD, or prepay by check or money order. • Terms for established customers 30 days net. • All payments by credit card incur a 3.5% fee.
