St Anne Hospital Foundation 2021 Gratitude Report

We have another virtual To Your Health! Gala under our belt! We are thrilled to share that we raised over $312,000 to help support patients, employees, physicians, and critical needs at St. Anne Hospital. Thank you to over 326 people who watched and supported the mission of St. Anne Hospital Foundation. 2021 Virtual To Your Health! Gala Child Birth Center Modernization Project St. Anne Hospital Foundation was proud to support the Child Birth Center modernization project in a big way in 2021. This project includes improvement of the Child Birth Center located on the fourth floor of the Cedar Wing at St. Anne Hospital. The majority of heavy remodeling is focused on the front reception area and the central core which includes staff work area, patient restrooms, environmental services area, and the creation of three much needed, new private triage rooms. Through grant funding and individual donations, St. Anne Hospital Foundation was able to provide items such as panda warmers, phototherapy equipment and breastfeeding chairs. Additionally, the Foundation’s Board of Directors approved $150,000 in support of the project to ensure improvements and modernization of the Special Care Nursery which is a space for sick, low birth weight, and premature babies. Annually, over 900 babies are born in St. Anne Hospital’s Child Birth Center and modernizing the space will help continue to increase that number. For the last two years, St. Anne Hospital’s Child Birth Center has made Newsweek’s list of the best maternity hospitals in the United States. St. Anne Hospital Foundation is proud to support such a tremendous team and excited to provide new equipment and tools to enable them to care for their patients.
